WHERE IS THE CLOTHING MADE FROM?
Our clothing is made in Los Angeles, CA! By manufacturing locally we are easily able to visit our manufacturers and ensure ethical working conditions! Making sure our garments are produced locally, we are also able to reduce our carbon footprint as we work to contribute to an eco-conscious future!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once an order is placed, we try to fulfill orders as soon as possible! Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped and expect up to two weeks for delivery!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship only within the US.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. However, we do offer free shipping for orders over $150.00!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Due to limited inventory and stock, we currently are not accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final once processed. We apologize for any inconvenience!
HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Reach out to contact@alkyathleisure.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to help with any changes!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Please keep in mind unexpected weather conditions and holidays may cause delays in receiving your order.
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED IT YET?
Once an order is shipped with our carrier, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived within 3 days of the delivery date, we kindly recommend you file a claim directly with the carrier. Also, be sure to check the correct address was placed and to check with neighbors!
